Compass is a real estate company with a mission to help everyone find their place in the world. They are building the first modern real estate platform, pairing the top agents with in- house technology to make the search & sell experience intelligent and seamless.


The Challenge

The company has the aggressive goals to capture 20% of the market share in the top 20 cities by the year 2020.


The Ask

To be top of mind to the buyers/sellers when they think of real estate, and home buying.


Time is Money

The average house on the market:  San Francisco 13 days. United States 67 days.

Compass's has an in-house technological platform that compliments the housing market in San Francisco:

  • All transactions are completed through this platform for the entire buying/ selling process. These tools allow the client to organize homes, centralize discussions, and monitor the market by receiving immediate status and price updates.

When we spoke to clients, we found that time is of utmost importance to them. One client said “(When buying a home) the silence is deafening. The worst thing is when your agent goes radio silent. The anxiety… you have no idea where you stand!”

Compass’ advanced technology tools could expedite the buying/selling process for time-conscious San Franciscans, and we knew just where to target them. 

Get to the Point

Billboard

This will catch buyers at the point in their day when they are most frustrated with wasted time: in traffic. Cross out unnecessary real estate jargon. unlike traffic, Compass doesn't waste your time.

The radio spot will have a non Compass real estate agent describing the house to a potential buyer. Potential buyer bursts out and says, "Can you just get to the point please?!"

Clear Cut Plug In

Cut out unnecessary long descriptions. This will allow targeted buyers & sellers to cut out the noise and get into/out of their home a little faster.
