My 'life light bulb' went off the summer of 2017 when I interned at Moroch Ad Agency in Dallas, TX.  Almost a month into my account services internship, the brand strategy department came to talk to the interns to discuss what they do.

Everything began to click when they showed us a commercial they created for a paper plate brand. The commercial was crafted with no sound, and I immediately understood why. The expressions and behaviors of the people in the commercial seemed to be oblivious to the world around them. I realized the purpose was to  “unplug”, once in a while and immerse yourself in moments alongside loved ones. And from this I wanted to inspire work this great. Throughout the entire two-hour meeting, I had chills and wide eyes. I transferred into a strategic intern later that week.

 Luckily, I was invited to join a new project for McDonalds. We had to find out why targeting people 50 years old and above, should be the next big campaign. 

The entire process of diving into specific lives and behaviors of this audience, encouraged me to take my next step. I knew this was what I was meant to do. I decided to attend Miami Ad School in order to gain a detailed understanding of everything a strategist should know before jumping into the ad world.  I am eager to begin my strategic voyage into the world of human behavior.
